1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Holly Paws website (the "Site"), operated by Combepine Nathan. By browsing the Site, you accept them. Sales are governed by our Terms of sale.

2. Access to the Site

The Site is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. We may suspend or modify it at any time, in particular for maintenance, without notice or compensation.

3. Customer account

Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. Any information provided must be accurate and up to date.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (texts, photos, logo, visuals, layout, the Holly Paws name) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

You agree not to use the Site for fraudulent purposes, not to disrupt its operation and not to post unlawful or misleading content (reviews, messages). We may remove any content that breaches these rules.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable solution, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
