1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

  • Orders: name, shipping and billing addresses, email, phone number, items ordered and purchase history.
  • Payment: your card details are entered and processed directly by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay). We never see or store them.
  • Account: if you create one, your email, preferences and order history.
  • Browsing: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, products viewed or added to cart, through cookies and similar technologies (see section 7).
  • Communications: the content of your messages to customer care and the contact form.
  • Newsletter: your email address, only if you sign up voluntarily.

3. Why and on what basis

  • Processing, shipping and tracking your orders, handling returns and after-sales service — performance of the contract.
  • Answering your requests and keeping you informed about your order — performance of the contract.
  • Sending you our offers and news by email — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.
  • Measuring site audience and showing personalized ads — your consent (cookie banner).
  • Preventing fraud and securing payments — legitimate interest.
  • Keeping our accounts and meeting tax obligations — legal obligation.

4. Who receives your information

Your information is only shared with the providers needed to run our services: Shopify (store hosting, order and payment processing), payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal), carriers for delivery, our email tool for the newsletter and, if you have consented, our advertising partners (for example Meta, Google). We do not sell your personal information for money.

5. International transfers

Some providers (in particular Shopify, whose servers are located in Canada and the United States) process your information outside the European Union. These transfers rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on its Standard Contractual Clauses. A copy is available on request.

6. How long we keep it

  • Order and invoicing data: 10 years (accounting obligation).
  • Customer account: until you delete it, or 3 years after your last activity.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, or 3 years after your last contact.
  • Customer care messages: 3 years after the last exchange.
  • Cookies: 13 months maximum.

7. Cookies

The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (cart, language, currency, checkout security) and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. You choose on your first visit through the consent banner and can change your choice at any time from the Your privacy choices page.

8. Your rights (European Union and United Kingdom)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and the right to give instructions about your data after your death. To exercise them, write to hollypaws@outlook.fr. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or the data protection authority of your country.

9. United States residents

Depending on your state of residence (California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and others), you may have the right to know, correct and delete the personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of its use for targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money; sharing for advertising purposes only happens with your consent. You can opt out at any time on the Your privacy choices page; we also honor the Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser. We will never treat you differently for exercising your rights. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

10. Children

The site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect information about them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

The site and checkout are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Payments are PCI-DSS compliant through our providers. As no measure is infallible, we recommend that you never send us sensitive information by email.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The update date appears at the top of this page.
