Order processing

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 48 to 72 business hours. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed from the next business day.

These times are indicative and may be longer during the holiday season or in case of carrier delays.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. If you have not received it 48 business hours after your order, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Lost or damaged parcel

If tracking has not moved for 7 days, contact us: we open an investigation with the carrier. With the Shipping Protection option, we reship your order at no cost as soon as you report it, without waiting for the outcome of the investigation.

Incorrect address

Check your address before confirming. If an error is reported before shipping, we correct it free of charge. After shipping, redelivery costs may be charged.

Customs duties

For deliveries to the United Kingdom and the United States, customs duties or local taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
